How am I meant to get support?

I saw the post at the top of this section, which said to use the chat. I asked my questions and someone answered. It took a while, and of course I closed the chat window. I received an email with a “View messages” link, and that opens the EOD site with an empty chat window.

My issue was answered, but not resolved. How do I follow up?

You can contact customer support in two ways:

  1. Send an email to support@eodhistoricaldata.com.
  2. Use the chat feature on our website. I’ve attached a screenshot showing its location.
