Just thought I’d share an example of what I am doing with EODHD. I have a quarterly stocks newsletter that is very qualitative based on doing deep dives on particular companies/industries. But I also use data and coding to find interesting companies that have been performing well, and to test investment “wisdom” and better understand markets or how the businesses I want to invest in tend to perform over time. I am mostly just relying on daily stock quotes, stock splits, and dividends.
That’s really cool! I’m doing something similar, using EODHD data to track stock quotes and dividends for my own analyses. It’s great how you’re blending qualitative research with the data. I’ve also found that digging deep into companies’ performance helps uncover trends that you might miss otherwise. Thanks for sharing your article, I’ll definitely check it out! It’s always helpful to see how others approach investing and timing in the market.
