How often do you check your positions?

Hey everyone!
Just curious — how often do you check your open positions? Every day, a couple of times a week, or just on weekends?
I used to stare at the screen all day, but now I try to check just once in the morning. Feels way calmer. How about you?

I check in the morning and at night, but not every few minutes like I used to. Much more chill now :slight_smile:

Once every few days at most. If you’re not day trading, no need to stress over every candle.

Honestly? Like 10 times a day :sweat_smile: Still trying to break the habit. Especially when the market’s acting up.
