With the new EODHD Google Sheets app update, it started to work differently. And I can’t understand if it’s on my side or something’s with the app. If I go to “Extensions” → “Financial data”, I see there is only a “Help” option, though before I was able to launch the app there.

You are right—some things have changed with the new version of our add-on. Now we require far fewer permissions, essentially just access to the current document. If you only see “Help” in the add-on menu, it means you need to grant access to the current document.
You can refer to the article about the Google Sheets Add-on, where you will find detailed instructions and a video tutorial.
Additionally, you can access the add-on from the right sidebar by clicking the orange circle icon. This will open the add-on every time, and you can continue to use it this way moving forward.

I’ve been using the EODHD Excel Add-on for a few weeks now. It’s pretty handy for pulling stock data directly into my spreadsheets without writing code. Setup was straightforward, but I noticed it can lag a bit when working with large datasets.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to schedule automatic data updates in Excel without manually refreshing all the time?
I set mine up to refresh every 10 minutes using the query settings in Excel. It pulls the latest data without me having to click anything, which makes it a lot easier to track things throughout the day. Works well for what I need.
